Hello! First of all let me take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy new year. I hope you enjoyed the festive period. Christmas is a very busy time for me with Christmas parties, weddings and functions. I can honestly say I have had an amazing time throughout December at my shows. The crowds have been fun and a pleasure to work with. I love to see a full dance floor when I am out there performing. I am very honoured to say that all of the venues I have performed in over Christmas have already booked me back for Christmas 2012. I am really looking forward to this year. 2011 was an amazing year for me both professionally and personally. I will be working hard this year to build on that. This year I will be performing at alot of weddings. I will also be attending alot of wedding faires around the North West. I really look forward to the Summer shows and this year I am hoping to be back on the Famous Blackpool North Pier and my weekly trips over to Wales. Also new for this year I will be performing every week at Blackpool 's famous Lyndene Hotel ( http://www.lyndenehotel.com/). You may recognise the Lyndene as one of the venues featured on Peter Kays "Phoenix Nights". The Lyndene hotel is an amazing venue and is booked up almost every night. I am Performing a new show at the Lyndene "The Sounds of Ben E King and the Drifters". the show has been going really well and have received some amazing feed back already and its only in its second week. On a personal note all is well in the Philips house. e had a fantastic Christmas with all the family. 16 people over at our house for Christmas dinner was not easy but it was great to have everyone together. I even managed a few drinks! The Biggest surprise over Christmas was the news that we are expecting a new addition due around August time. We are so pleased and what a great time to get the news. So we will be busy this year with a house extension and loft conversion to be finished before August. Anyway its time for me to sign off.
